Q: What is Thai direct 2u?
A: Thai direct 2u is an on-line retail store based in Bangkok Thailand that specializes in authentic Thai products and we provide these goods to the rest of the world.
Q: Where are you located and do you have a shop that I can visit?
A: We are located and operate in Bangkok, Thailand. Although we do not have a retail store where a customer can visit and purchase our goods from the shelves, we could probably recommend you some shops or markets in Thailand or try and find some thing for you if you tell us what you are looking for. Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payments by all main credit cards and via PayPal. In the Netherlands you can also pay by direct bank transfer upon request. We hope to make payments by cheque or Money Order possible in the future. Please note that we do not send the order until payment has been confirmed by one of the above methods.
Q: What currency do you use for those prices on your website?
A: All prices listed are in US dollars and Euros on the .com site and pounds sterling on the co.uk site and Euros on the .nl (Netherlands) website. We accept payment in whatever currency is being used by the customer.

Q: How do I know which sizes to choose from the clothing section?
A. As many of the products we buy are in Thai sizes we have adjusted the sizes to European and U.S sizes appropriately please refer to our size chart here or contact us by email if you need assistance order@thaidirect2u.com.
Q: How does the shopping basket work?
A. The shopping basket works with cookies saved by your browser. The items are saved in your shopping basket for the duration of your shopping session, once you have gone to the checkout and bought the items or logged out of the website your items will disappear. If you are having problems with your shopping basket please check your cookies settings (see below).

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: All our prices include the price of packing and posting via air mail directly from Thailand and should arrive 7 to 10 days from the order being confirmed and payment received (unless other wise stipulated).
Q: How do I remove an item in my shopping basket?
A: Tick or check the field "Remove" next to the item you wish to remove.
Q: I made a mistake in my order, how do I fix it?
A: Once the order has been submitted, you cannot amend it. Please inform us via email as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations. Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: It takes us approximately 2-3 business days to process an order. When payment has been received, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. It takes approximately 7-10 business days for the order to reach the recipient's address.
Q: Can I return or exchange the goods that I have received?

Q: Can you send a catalogue so that I can order offline?
A: We are very sorry that we do not have any printed catalogue that we can send you. All our products are displayed on our website and we take orders online only.
Q: I am required to pay tax or duty fee for importation of goods by the shipping company or customs. Can you reimburse me?
