All our prices include sending by normal Thai postal services and normally take 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to reach there destination once dispatched.
If you wish to have guaranteed delivery in 3 working days from dispatch you can pay the extra sending costs for UPS express delivery. This is possible by emailing us at order@thaidirect2u.com with the order number and we will email you the cost of sending via this service. You can then pay the agreed extra cost via the website for the guaranteed express courier service delivery.

Returns and exchange policies
Returns
We fully guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 30 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund, less 10% administration charges. Please note the following conditions on all returns:
*We will charge 10% of the cost of the returned item (s) for administration costs unless the return is because of a defective or sub-quality issue or because of an error on our part.
* Goods returned must be new and not used and in original condition.
* We do not pay for postage on returns.
* Customers are responsible for the shipping charges if orders are refused by the customer.
Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another item, another size or another colour, please note the following conditions:
* Goods sent back must be new and not used.
* We do not pay the postage for sending the item(s) back to us.
We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to the customer and send the good(s) at our cost.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged, defective or incorrect product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.
