We had many requests for a faster delivery service.

So we have introduced a new express courier service with guaranteed delivery with in 3 working days. We choose to use Fed-Ex because of their combination of price and reliability.

It works as follows:

1. Place your order via the website as normal

2. Sent us an email with your order number and a request to sent your order with Fed-Ex.

3. We'll reply with an email stating the costs and time for delivery.

4. You then buy Fed-Ex vouchers totaling the amount mentioned in the email via the website.

For instance if the cost is THB 2100, you'll buy 2 THB 1000 vouchers and 1 THB 100 voucher and pay via the website. This procedure will be explained in the mentioned email.

5. As soon as we have this payment we will arrange to send your order via courier delivery service. We will confirm this via email with a tracking number and estimated time of delivery.

Free Fed-Ex delivery on all order of 50 GB pounds or more, 75 Euros or 100 US dollars.
